Unfortunately I do not offer refunds. Once your package has been shipped out it is no longer my responsibility but USPS's. I am not responsible if USPS has lost or damaged your package, and I am also not responsible if your package has been stolen. I do apologize for this inconvenience but please keep in mind that I am a small business and I can't afford to replace or refund for every lost, damaged, or stolen products.
