All orders are shipped out a week after the order is placed, sometimes it does take longer but you will never wait more then 2 weeks after ordering. Please keep in mind I am human and am the only one running this business so if there is a longer delay I will probably post some sort of update on my twitter @naturesbeautybb or on Instagram @_naturesbeautybybella_.

If you accidentally put down the wrong shipping address please contact me immediately so I can change the address before shipping out. If the package has been shipped before you have contacted me unfortunately it will be out of my control and I will not be able to issue a refund or replacement since I was given the wrong address.
Once the package has been shipped it is no longer in my control but USPS's.
